⚠️ Ignore this and you will fail

Feedback is the breakfast of champions.

Every time you post, you’re getting feedback.

In your comments.

In your DMs.

In how you feel about your own work.

All of that is data.

The only question:

Are you listening?

When we enter new territory, when we try things for the first time...

It feels overwhelming and uncomfortable being a beginner.

And I get it, putting yourself out there is really difficult.

Sharing who you are, being honest about your failures, documenting the journey of learning new skills...

This is what LinkedIn is rewarding right now:

Real insights from real people.

You're not alone.

This week, I finally launched the project I’ve been building all year.

It’s live. It’s public. It’s terrifying.

You might see a beautiful website - I see a hundred things I still want to fix.

But that’s the point - perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is.

Even with the best intentions, our execution will sometimes fall short.

And that’s okay.

Did you really expect your first attempt to be perfect?

Of course not.

What matters is what you do next: you take the feedback, and you use it.

Because feedback is a gift - people give it because they care.

So here's what you should do immediately:

📝 Try this right now:

  1. Open your analytics from the last 7 days.
  2. Write down one reason each performed the way it did.
  3. Commit to one improvement for next week.
  4. Find your best and worst-performing posts.

Sometimes we’re too close to our own work to see what needs to change.

That’s why I built this community - a space where creators help each other see what we can’t see ourselves.

I just had an awesome chat with Tilman, who joined our community yesterday. He told me:

“I’m a value investor and I’m getting in early because I know the power of community and like this price."
